Meet the Crew

Through his late father, an alumnus of the United States Coast Guard and an avid boating enthusiast, John L. Ellis III discovered his own interest in boating at a young age. John left his desk job of many years to captain his own vessel, the Island Prince, where he whisks passengers away on Scenic Cruises, Fishing Excursions, Private Charters and Burials at Sea in the areas surrounding Biddeford Pool, Saco Bay and the Saco River

The Island Prince is a USCG inspected vessel. The boat is 40 feet long, can hold up to 36 passengers and crew. The boat is stability tested in open ocean outside of 20 miles. The Coast Guard inspects our boat annually.
